$120 for a full hour or so, for hypnosis, counseling or both.

This is the common rate, and frankly I think you're worth it.  It's about as much as your cable bill.  I can accept your credit cards, or invoice you through PayPal too.

I am set up with both UPMC (but not "UPMC For You"), & Highmark (Blue Cross/Blue Shield).

​If you have another insurance carrier, I will provide you with a "SuperBill" which will have all the information you need in order to submit for reimbursement.
